The location itself is lovely, but I wouldn't stay here again. We picked this hotel for a few days on our first trip to the Aegean coast in Balıkesir after looking into it and reading lots of negative reviews along with a few positive ones. We figured it might not be so bad, but our stay was disappointing. The room was dirty and in very poor shape, and there was no WiFi in the rooms. The pool water looked dirty to me, and the cutlery and plates were extremely dirty too. Be careful with the vegetables: in our experience they hadn't been washed well, and they could make you sick. The all-inclusive offer amounted to breakfast and dinner with very little variety. At snack time, all we got was a plate of manti, which was tasty, but don't expect fries or other snacks. Cola and Fanta were poured into large batches at the bar, so they had gone flat. In Turkey, all-inclusive is usually top-notch, so this hotel might do better under different management.

We've stayed here twice, and this will probably be our last visit. It used to seem like a decent family hotel, but the rooms and accessories aren't being maintained, and the food wasn't very good. Service also seems to be struggling. They're short-staffed, which leaves broken chairs, dirty dishes, and a very dirty pool.

The food was really tasty, and the waiters were cheerful and welcoming. Reception was friendly too. Nice building and wonderful service.

We couldn't enjoy our vacation here. Everything was dirty and there didn't seem to be any effort toward cleanliness. The food was really bad, and the staff serving it were rude. They have a safety tourism certificate, but it didn't feel safe at all. A waste of money, and I would never recommend this hotel.
