The view was absolutely stunning, and the clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A special thank you to Turkan, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and see that everything was right. And I have to thank the cute dog Leila too 🥰 We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting, great service, and amazing view.

It felt like a cozy home. The penthouse has a mesmerizing view, and the staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was served fresh, enough to fuel a full day of sightseeing.

I wish I’d had more time to stay here. The interior has an elegant, artistic feel, and the treatment was kind. Cleanliness and breakfast both get 10/10. For me, it’s the best hotel in Trabzon and Rize.

We liked it so much that we changed our flight and extended our stay. We’ll definitely come back. The staff were so attentive, friendly, gentle, and caring without ever being intrusive. It felt like home. The hotel has beautiful sea and mountain views, stylish interiors, excellent food, plus a clean pool and a lovely recreation area. We spent all four days at the hotel without going out. It’s a truly relaxing place, and we highly recommend it ❤️

I went with a friend last year, and I felt this place deserved a review. The view is amazing, and the rooms are clean and new. The service was perfect. The staff didn’t speak English very well, but we managed to communicate. I’d rate it 10/10.
