hola suites hotel

We chose this place after reading the reviews, and were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The room needed sweeping and wiping before guests arrived. There was dust and dirt all over, and hair and fur from previous guests on the floor. My child’s socks turned black underneath. It was so off-putting that we didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. The men at the entrance were helpful and tried to find solutions, but the service and location were only average overall. There were just two body towels and no foot towels. There was no prayer mat or indication of the qibla direction. The only bin was a rusty one in the toilet, so if you ate or drank anything, you had to put the waste there. You don’t want to leave a mess, but putting food in the toilet bin isn’t appealing either. As a family, we weren’t satisfied. If they deal with these issues, the place could be much better. I hope they take the criticism seriously and improve how they run things.

The suite was very clean and practical, and I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. From check-in onward, the reception team were attentive, warm, and polite. Thanks for everything, I’d happily recommend it.

A peaceful, quiet, clean place to stay with family. The welcome was really warm too, everyone was friendly ❤️

My wife and I had a lovely evening. Thanks to Mr. Duhan for being so attentive and caring. The cleanliness was 10/10 as well.
