The guesthouse is definitely worth a stay. It’s very clean and quiet, and the hosts are kind. The neighborhood is convenient, though heavily gentrified, which may feel familiar and safe to Western visitors. If you’re using public transport, be aware that the tram leaves you by a steep set of stairs that’s hard to climb with heavy bags. You may need a taxi for the last few metres.
The accommodation and location were perfect. Mart was friendly and attentive, and generously shared his tips. We were always treated so well, thank you!
Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the location is really convenient. Istanbul Guesthouse has a cozy, stylish interior and is fully equipped, with a comfortable bed. I’d love to stay there again.
The apartment has everything needed for daily life, and the front desk lady was warm and helpful. Supermarkets, restaurants, and everything else are an easy walk away. It’s a great base for exploring Cihangir, and I’ll definitely come back.
We stayed for 10 days and had a delightful time. The guest house was fully functional, the rooms immaculate, and the staff very welcoming. Best stay ever. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.
