I booked a superior room with a partial sea view on the second floor. Arriving at 11 PM, I tried to shower and found mold around the floor drain. Reception said mold happens, that removing it means dismantling the shower, and that it would come back anyway. When I asked whether I was expected to use it moldy, he sent someone to clean it with bleach. The shower hose is broken and barely releases water. The drain is clogged, so water spills across the floor and floods the bathroom. The overhead shower is so high that water goes over the shower walls onto the floor. The place wasn't clean either: the walls were dirty, and there was dirt all along the base molding. There's no bedroom window. It's a shame, since this could be a nice place with a fixed shower and a proper deep clean. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it to anyone.

From the room and the shared rooftop terrace, the views were breathtaking, and the location in the heart of Cihangir was perfect. We had a fantastic three-night stay at Urban Suites on the fourth floor. The bed was comfortable, and the suite had all the essentials. A few small repairs and warmer lightbulbs would make it even better, but the value for money was excellent. We'd definitely book again next time.

The rooftop is hard to describe, and the neighborhood is great. The suites looked just like the photos and were clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

The room and terrace had amazing views, and the hosts were great and quick to help whenever needed. The entrance is clean and simple, and the elevator goes straight to the room. The furniture is good, though maybe some repairs could be done. I stayed in the off-season and really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were kind, friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and breakfast was great. Our room was clean and spacious enough, with everything within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. The price is reasonable. We had an amazing experience, and I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.
