We felt well looked after from start to finish. The staff were smiling, helpful, and professional, and housekeeping came regularly and on time. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. A very pleasant stay, and a place we’d recommend.

I spent six nights at Gorrion and had a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and always helped with what I needed. Totgal at the front desk did his best to accommodate my requests and looked after the needs of all the customers I saw. The breakfast is still delicious, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. Thanks to Gorrion for the great experience and service.

The buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the restaurant food was fresh and tasty. My room was pleasant and clean, with a cozy bed. The staff went out of their way to help me feel comfortable on my first visit to this amazing city.

Kaan, the restaurant chef, made me feel at home, and the food was excellent. As someone visiting from the United States in a foreign country, I really appreciated his warmth and hospitality. I was also given a beautiful room with a city view, which made my five days at Gorrion Hotel in Istanbul even better. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the staff stayed friendly and professional throughout. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and would gladly return.
