The location is convenient, close to public transport, and breakfast was fine. Staff can be helpful if you insist. The price works for budget travel, but you can find more acceptable places for the same amount. For sleep, don't take a ground floor room. There's a club beside the hotel, and the noise is so bad it's impossible to sleep, like the walls are paper. Hygiene overall is poor, especially in the bathrooms. There was a mouse in one room, and bugs too. If safety and comfort are your priority, this may not be the right area.

The service guys were very nice and helpful, but the hotel needs a full refurbishment, or to be taken down and rebuilt. It's an absolute shame to call it a hotel, more like a trawl or a place to keep horses, though even animals live in cleaner places. It's the dirtiest place I've ever seen. Our room looked nothing like the website photos, which mislead people, a common problem with Istanbul hotels and a very bad image for the city. The walls were so dirty I felt sick even touching them. At night I noticed what seemed like bed insects, though I'm not sure that's the right word. The bedsheets looked like someone had cut them at the bottom with scissors. Room cleaning was only every 3d day, and only after we requested it. Breakfast was horrible too, with no meat or ham, just salami, a boiled egg, and other tasteless things.

A neat place that's especially practical for traders coming to Aksaray to buy goods. Breakfast is provided, and you don't have to carry the things you've bought up to your room.

We arrived this morning as a group from Bulgaria and found the room hadn't been cleaned. This is an awful place to stay. I wouldn't use this travel agency or come here again.

This was my third stay, and I've had an amazing experience each time. The rooms are great, and I even got a €10 discount. It was very affordable, so I'd recommend booking here.
