Irem and Vera were wonderful hosts, and there are plenty of shops nearby, plus a good little breakfast cafe run by a guy from Bodrum. The apartment is bright and clean. It's very close to Sishane subway and the bus station, so getting around is flexible. Everything was impeccable.

On a sunny day, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The apartment looked just as amazing as it did in the pictures, and all the main famous streets are only a few minutes' walk away.

There were some maintenance problems, and one bedroom is basically part of the kitchen, which feels a bit odd. The location is decent, near Galeta tower and some nice bars and restaurants, though the immediate area itself isn't particularly nice.

İstiklal Cd. is just a few minutes away on foot, with lots of shops and food choices. The apartments are great, and the city view is nice too.
