I couldn’t last an hour here. The bathroom was impossible to use, the jacuzzi was just decoration, and everything was cracked. The floors were in very, very bad shape. The main entrance opens with a screwdriver, the air conditioning is broken, and the radiators don’t heat. Places like this urgently need to be shut down.

There was no internet, and the floors were disgusting. We went for the jacuzzi, but there was no water, and it stayed off all day. They hadn’t even mopped. The sofa and bed were filthy, and there weren’t any slippers in the rooms. The sheet covered only part of the bed, leaving the edge exposed, and the bed itself was dirty. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ll never choose it again.

I’m trying to give zero stars. The pool was so dirty it couldn’t be used, and one of the rooms was locked, so we couldn’t use it. Staff came in while we were sitting with friends without asking any questions. We had a six-month-old with us, and they couldn’t stay because it was so dirty. The towels seemed ancient. I slept in the living room because we didn’t know whether anyone would come in during the night. The stay was unpleasant. If you want to edit your reply again, I’ll edit mine too. There’s a word in English, “denial.” Maybe look it up. We shouldn’t keep our opinions to ourselves. You need to draw conclusions from these comments and change some things.

The photos can be misleading. I think people who go there probably wouldn’t choose to return. The door opens with a screwdriver.
