The food service was good, and the whole place had a cheerful feel to it. Everyone seemed genuinely friendly and happy in their jobs. Muhammad deserves a special thank-you for keeping the hotel so clean. I left this Ibis feeling really positive.

The location worked really well, with the metro about a 5 minute walk away and lots of restaurants nearby. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. All the staff were welcoming, and the woman at the front desk was especially patient and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

We slept comfortably and peacefully here. The room was really spacious, with a king size bed and a large TV. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by too.

Poor service. The woman there was so rude to us that we never went back to lounge at retro suit.

The place was dirty and smelled like old, damp walls. The woman was very aggressive, and I felt she hated foreigners. I wouldn't recommend it.
