The rooms were clean, the amenities basic, and the staff friendly. For the price, the conditions were acceptable, and it had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent for getting around, with public transport, shops, and restaurants close by. I'd consider staying again, especially if I wanted a budget-friendly place.

I ended up at this hotel because the place I'd booked online wasn't accepting guests and directed me here. It's small and conveniently close to Halic metro station, but also old and kind of dirty. The room, sheets, and towels didn't feel clean to me. Rooms are small, and you can hear everything from guests next door because there's no noise cancellation. Breakfast was very basic. It could suit someone with a very tight budget, but I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable stay.

We'd paid for the room and couldn't go somewhere else, which was a shame. The hotel was extremely dirty, including the rooms and bathroom. At the entrance, there was a hoover and all the dirty cleaning items leading toward the rooms. The receptionist couldn't say a word in English. The worst hotel I've ever visited.

I was unsure because of the negative reviews, but when I tried the hotel in May 2022, it wasn't that bad. The location felt secure and gave good access to a grocery store if needed. It took under 10 minutes to walk to Halic subway station, about 10 minutes to Mahmutpasha Bazaar, and 20 minutes to Grand Bazaar. The staff were friendly, and for the price I thought it was a good deal. Breakfast was very simple but enough to start the day. The sheets and towels were clean, although I preferred using my own. There is no elevator or safe box.
