The breakfast had a great selection, and the views over the Asian side of the city were fantastic. The clean rooms were nice, and the hotel was easy to reach by bus and metro. Being attached to a mall was very handy. Staff were super friendly, especially Emre, who made sure I had an amazing time. My friend enjoyed it so much she extended her stay and cancelled her other reservations.

I left for a wedding with cash in a zipped wallet in my room, then checked out early the following day. AED 2,000, about €467, was missing. Two of the larger notes had been taken while a smaller one was left behind, so I don't believe it was accidental. I have no other explanation for the money's disappearance. I raised the matter formally with management, who offered me a free night's stay. I was in Istanbul for a wedding and have no plans to return, so that offer was no use to me and did nothing to address the theft from my room. I'd warn anyone staying here not to leave cash or valuables in their room. Since then, I've seen two other reports of room theft from the past few months. In one, the hotel's own CCTV showed that only housekeeping staff had entered the room. All three complaints received the same copy-pasted reply. It looks like management knows there's a pattern and has chosen not to deal with it.

Mr. Burrak at reception was supportive and really helpful. He showed me how to use the room facilities, and even helped track down the mobile charger I'd forgotten in my room three months earlier. That's the kind of customer focused service any guest appreciates. Thanks, Burrak! 😊🌺👍👏

Ulaş at reception made everything easy for me. He pointed me in the right direction, explained clearly where to go for the transfer, and quickly updated my key cards. His help meant there was no stress. The restaurant staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and made the place feel comfortable, almost like home. I left with a very positive impression of the service and would gladly come back. I recommend the hotel.
