The location is amazing, near the important landmarks and especially the metro station. Breakfast was great, and the receptionists were kind and helpful. The rooms were average. The thing that surprised me was the water limit: they provide just two bottles a day, and charge for more. I didn’t see that at any other hotel in Turkey during the rest of my trip.

We were three friends staying at Hotel Grand Sirkeci, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. They were cheerful, caring, and helpful, and always tried to find a way to assist. We felt safe, and the hotel was extremely clean, right in the lively center. They noticed from my check-in details that it was my friend’s birthday, even though we hadn’t mentioned it, and surprised us with a beautifully arranged plate of fruit and cake, plus a sweet “Happy Birthday” message in the room. Such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Friendly, reliable, and perfectly located.

Good value for the price. The service was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was clean, with white linen and no smell. Walking times were about 10 minutes to Grand Bazar, 25 to Ay Sofia, and 40 to Galata tower. All fine!

I loved every moment at this cosy, comfortable hotel. It’d be hard to find a better place.

The location in Sultanahmet was a real highlight. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar were all just steps away, within walking distance and easy to reach without spending time or money on transport. My room was beautifully maintained and felt both luxurious and homely. The bed was divine, and the quiet atmosphere made for restful nights. The dining exceeded my expectations too. The team’s warmth made the visit especially memorable. Khan and Haroon were professional and genuinely hospitable, offering recommendations and promptly handling requests. Grand Sirkeci Hotel made for a delightful stay. I’ll gladly recommend it and look forward to returning.
