Awful. There was a damp smell in the room, it wasn’t clean, and the bathroom had no accessories. The bed didn’t even have a blanket. After 30 minutes they brought a travel blanket, and it didn’t have a cover. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I don’t understand how it has this rating. Are they really buying the reviews?

The breakfast was pretty bare, but the terrace is lovely, especially at night. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a very good job. Some receptionists don’t know English and couldn’t help.

The suites are missing basic things such as toiletries, and the rooms are too small. The hotel itself is good, though it does have those drawbacks.

The room was lovely and spacious, and the hotel was clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything, I’ll be back soon. 10+.

I’d recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, right near the metro station, and the staff are helpful, smiley, and clearly doing their best. It’s clean, too.
