The room I booked smelled strongly of old cigarettes. The other room had half its furniture broken, and neither room had a proper window. I was really surprised by the standard. I didn’t get a refund because, they said, the manager wasn’t there. I was tired from the trip and didn’t want to argue over my money, so I had to book another hotel. Be careful. This didn’t feel like a real hotel, just a bunch of rooms with a strong smell.

Getting around and exploring the area was easy from this perfectly located hotel. The price felt more than fair for the value. Service was excellent, with staff who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They all spoke English well, which made everything more comfortable and convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my business trip to Istanbul. It was a quiet, comfortable hotel, and seemed perfect for families too.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were kind, the view was nice, and the clean rooms had enough space plus a small kitchenette. The hotel is at Taksim Square, close to all kinds of transport.

Good location, clean rooms, good service, and a good price. See you again 100%. And don’t be scared of winter in Istanbul, the heating here works more than you might need 😂
