The hotel is in a perfect spot, and the service was very good. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Mr. Abd Al Aziz was especially kind and cooperative. Many thanks to him.

I spent 10 days here and never got bored. It was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent, especially for such a cheap price. I highly recommend it.

I booked based on the photos and those five-star reviews, which I now regret. Most of them seem fake. The place looked nothing like the pictures, and our room was much smaller than advertised, run-down, and in terrible condition. Water from the leaking air conditioner pooled across the floor, so we had to walk around in wet shoes. The sheets and towels were stained and clearly unwashed. The bathroom was so cramped we could barely turn around. Then the water stopped altogether, and when it came back it was yellow and unusable. Management's defensive copy-paste replies say bad reviews come from a “rival hotel.” That simply wasn’t true of us. This was a real, awful experience, and it ruined our trip. The place was disgusting and shouldn’t be called a hotel. Avoid it and save your time, money, and sanity.

I don’t usually write reviews, but people should know what we found at Grand Sezgin Hotel. The room was filthy and unhygienic, with cockroaches in the bathroom and a leaking AC that left the floor wet. The bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dirty, and the replacements we requested were just as bad. Hot water was a constant problem, and we could barely sleep. When we complained, staff didn’t take us seriously and seemed to pretend they couldn’t understand. Their replies to negative reviews threaten legal action instead of addressing the complaints. Everything felt fake and misleading compared with the advertising. I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake too. It was disgusting and not worth a penny. Stay far away.
