After taking our payment, the staff didn't attend to us and came across as unprofessional. The room was extremely dirty, from the floor to the sheets and pillows. It was a very bad experience, one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

It's in a great location, close to everything, and the place feels very secure, with a coded door and reception open 24 hours a day. Ogur at reception is always happy to help with anything I ask. The rooms are a bit small and look different from the pictures, but that doesn't matter if you're only using them to sleep.
