The only real plus is how close it is to the airport. For what it costs, the service and room conditions are poor. The shower had no door, so water covered the whole bathroom floor. Staff wouldn't move me to another room when I raised it, saying it was "not a problem," which I found unacceptable. I also believe they gave me 100 lira too little in change, even though I checked the amount twice. The place feels dishonest and risky. Avoid it.

My room had what I needed, including air conditioning and a kettle, and I enjoyed the view from the window. It's comfortable and well located if you need to stay near the airport. I'd recommend it.

When we arrived, our room had just one double bed, and the sofa bed was broken, despite my booking and payment for a double bed and sofa bed for two adults and one child. They wouldn't change the room, offer a solution or even provide bedding. It was hard to see how three people could share one bed. Only after a long argument, when I said I'd call the police, did they finally give us another room. The two young men working there were very unprofessional, and the person who said he was the owner was rude and disrespectful. No one smiled or tried to help. I've never had service this bad and wouldn't recommend the place. There was one bright spot at checkout on Wednesday morning, October 1st, 2025. A kind, helpful middle-aged man was at reception. He was the only positive part of our stay.

I missed my flight and needed to book somewhere urgently, and the staff made the stay a good experience. They were welcoming and very helpful, especially Ferit, who was so supportive and kind. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and just as shown online. The airport is a seven-minute drive away, and the metro station is a three-minute walk. The hotel also has a free airport shuttle, which was really convenient, or you can take the metro since the airport is only one station away. I didn't have time to explore much, but there are some nice restaurants nearby that I'd like to try next time. My stay was short but enjoyable, and I'd definitely return. Highly recommended!
