Fer Hotel

We stayed at FER Hotel for more than a week from 25th Feb 2026 onwards, my husband and I. The location, cleaning, room and price all get 5/5 from us. Hotel Manager Mr. Kamel was very supportive, and the owner was polite and very good. We'd strongly recommend booking here if you're after value for money in the heart of Istanbul, near the Blue Mosque.

The location worked well, with most historical sites about a nine-minute walk away. There are also some lovely little cafés and bakeries nearby. My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The space isn't very big, but the excellent shower pressure and service made up for that. I do think Hafez Mustafa is a little overrated, and you can probably find better food elsewhere. Still, if you want to take Instagram photos of your visit there, it's easy to do.

We were within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and just about everything else we needed, right in the heart of the Old Town. The hotel's modern, stylish design looks beautiful, while still feeling comfortable and convenient. Service was excellent throughout. Every staff member was professional, welcoming and attentive, and Artan deserves a special thank you for being so friendly and helpful and for going out of his way to make us comfortable. Room service was quick and efficient, and the quality was great. It was our first trip to Istanbul, and after this experience we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We couldn't have asked for a better visit and would definitely come back.

Fantastic service, decor and location, and the concierge staff were friendly and went the extra mile. Just a couple of easy fixes: the mini fridges need to keep things cool and work properly, and there should be hooks behind the bathroom doors.
