Getting in before the stated check-in time was a nice surprise, and the room was clean. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful, and the location made it easy to reach the metro, Marmaray, and buses. The furniture did feel a little old. Breakfast was very good, though the tea and coffee weren't that tasty.

We stayed for six days, from December 26, 2025 to January 2, 2026, and loved it. The rooms were spacious and clean, with no hassle, and the Turkish shay tea was amazing. Ali and his team gave especially excellent service. The location was so convenient, with train, tram, and bus connections nearby. Places like the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet were also an easy 10-15 minute walk. I consider it one of the best places to stay in Istanbul, and we'd love to come back. I'd recommend the hotel and its service to everyone.

We stayed with our two kids at the beginning of January and were extremely satisfied. The room had plenty of space and was well heated, and breakfast was varied and delicious. Getting around was easy thanks to the hotel's location near major attractions and a transport hub. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and there was parking available, with a paid lot nearby too. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it.
