The breakfast was sparse and really not good, but for a two-night stay the hotel is worth the price. Staff were kind, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Its location is handy, with a tram stop two minutes away connecting to lots of sights and good places to eat.

The location is good and the service was okay. We got lucky with check-in, they took our whole group, about 50 people, at 5am. But the rooms weren't clean, with dirt under the bed, and the bathtub leaked. It was very loud even with the window shut, which still felt like it was open. There was also a cigarette smell.

The one upside is how close the hotel is to public transport. Our room was small, poorly heated, and had a broken fridge. We asked staff several times to fix it, then waited and complained for two days before they moved us to another room, which didn't have a fridge either.

The hygiene was awful, and the bathroom was one of the dirtiest I've seen. It had no lights. I've never stayed in a worse hotel. The walls were so thin you could practically hear someone breathing in the next room.
