The location is good, the rooms were clean, and the sauna was decent. Still, poor service and misleading information made the stay very disappointing. I stayed on 25-26 May 2026 and found out the swimming pool and jacuzzi listed on Agoda were unavailable because they were under construction. Those facilities were a main reason I chose the hotel, and this wasn’t clearly disclosed before I booked. I later had another booking for 25-26 June 2026. After completing the stay I intended in May, I asked to cancel the June reservation. I explained what had happened and raised the issue of the unavailable facilities, but the hotel refused and offered no reasonable help. Management communicated poorly and didn’t properly address my concerns. Hotels should give accurate information about their facilities and handle customer problems more professionally. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this place.

The location and breakfast were good, and the hotel manager and cleaning lady were both kind and hardworking. But the advertised pool and jacuzzi were out of order, and the room service phone didn't work.

I chose this hotel for its spa, but the pool and steam room weren't available as advertised on the hotel website and booking sites like Booking.com. Older reviews suggest this had already been going on for at least six weeks. The hotel is also on a very noisy intersection, and it hasn't answered my emails or WhatsApp messages.

The bathroom had no water, and hotel service didn't fix the problem. Water in the toilet and washroom was so hot it could burn you. The view was terrible, the Wi-Fi password was wrong, and service in general was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and would suggest choosing somewhere else. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Getting around was easy thanks to the location and nearby public transport. Check with the hotel about parking and look into other options early. The staff were kind and attentive, and Eda especially did her best to help us relax and enjoy our stay. The spa was great, though it could have been cleaner. A great place overall.
