The one good thing was the clean bed linen. The rooms weren't cleaned well, and there was hair left by previous guests. Cigarette smoke was very strong everywhere, making it hard for non-smokers to breathe. There was no shampoo or conditioner, which I'd expect in a four-star hotel. Everything seemed old beneath a fresh coat of paint, the beds were twin size and suited to teenagers, and breakfast was very poor with no real choice.

Adnan and Akram were kind and helpful throughout my stay, and their service was excellent. One of the rooms I booked had an unpleasant bathroom smell, possibly from infrastructure issues, but the other rooms didn't have this problem. Otherwise, it was a fair experience for a three-star hotel, with a convenient location.

I stayed for ten days and had a great time. The location was good, the breakfast buffet offered lots of choices, and the service from all the staff was wonderful, especially from Mustafa at reception.

During our first family visit to Istanbul, staying at Green Anka Hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is handy, near both tram and bus stops, with connections to all the places we needed. Communication was easy, and the hotel kept to everything we'd agreed. The staff were always friendly and very helpful, breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. We'd gladly choose it again if we get another chance to visit Istanbul.
