Mert at reception welcomed us with a smile and quickly gave us the information we needed. He was patient, professional, attentive, and made us feel at home right away. He's a real asset to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the atmosphere was calm. Staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great. I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay and recommend it.

We were grateful for the genuine hospitality here. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly every time, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots to choose from. The place was quiet, the beds very comfortable, and we slept well. Housekeeping was kind, and our room was clean. My friend and I had a lovely stay and would consider coming back. Blanka & Anikó

The staff really made the stay. Ahmet came to get us after we were dropped at the wrong hotel and was amazingly helpful. Sah met us on arrival and explained everything clearly. Ali remembered my name days after we first met and greeted me as 'miss Elma', which made me so happy. Boshid and Beyza were wonderful too. Everyone went the extra mile, and their customer service was 1000/10. We loved the spacious room and great food. It's a stunning hotel, and we'd definitely return.

Sah looked after us with real care, always polite, attentive, and ready to help. The whole staff were welcoming and professional, and the service was outstanding. That kind of genuine dedication is rare. This will be our first choice whenever we visit Istanbul, and we hope Sah will be there to greet us again.

We spent four days here. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and included local products, and there was also a SPA area with services for relaxing. Our room was very clean, and the staff were pleasant, friendly, and kind. Mustafa, Mert, Serkan, and Bilal were especially helpful with check-in and check-out, as well as recommending places to see and restaurants.
