The best thing for me was the breakfast area, which was outside the hotel; it was spacious, and the cafe staff were friendly. The location was also convenient for getting around. The lobby looked clean, but the room had old, rusty fittings, cockroaches in the bathroom, and little hairs on the sheets. The closet had no rod, so my clothes stayed messy, and the hotel's shampoo was about as poor quality as it gets. There was no safe either. The entrance ramp wasn't suitable for luggage or wheelchairs, and reception didn't make me feel particularly respected. Check-in was handled while seated. When the room hair dryer was broken, I had to call reception twice before they finally gave me another room card; that room seemed cleaner. I would only suggest staying here for a short time, maybe one or two days.

The price felt well worth it for what we got. I stayed for two days and had a pleasant visit, with clean rooms and a convenient location. Whenever we needed something, reception was on the ball and very helpful. I'll stay here again on a future trip to Istanbul.

My stay at Atacity Hotel was awful. The room was dirty and uncomfortable, and didn't justify the price. The staff were rude, especially the man wearing glasses, who was the worst; the other guy wasn't any better. Don't stay here.

The breakfast had a good spread for a snack: boiled eggs, coffee, tea, milk with nesquik, sausage, cheese, and vegetables. The hotel itself was very good, and the staff were friendly and helped us a lot. I really recommend staying here.

Breakfast is a basic Turkish selection, without international or continental options. I like Turkish food, so that suited me. The hotel is in a great spot in Atasehir, Istanbul, and Mr. Fatih at the front desk is professional, very helpful, and someone you can count on during your stay. I'd highly recommend it for a short trip.
