The location made it easy to get to both tourist sights and business areas, and the price felt reasonable for the service. Staff were friendly and polite throughout, and the room was clean and well cared for, though on the small side. Breakfast was satisfying and fairly complete, but the dining area is small enough that you might wait a few minutes for a seat. They didn’t provide a toothbrush or toothpaste. Still, it was good value, and I’d recommend it for leisure or work trips.

There were two pairs of our shoes stolen, and when we asked for help, they left us hanging so they could smoke. We were traveling as a group, and a friend also noticed their belongings had been moved from where they’d left them. The room was incredibly small. Absolutely disgusting, I definitely don’t recommend it.

Galata Tower is just a five-minute walk away, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I stayed for seven days and had a really great time. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they answered our questions as quickly as they could.

Getting around was easy from Dora Pera Hotel, with Şişhane Metro Station nearby, Istiklal Street easy to reach, Galata Tower within walking distance, and simple routes to Sultanahmet. I arrived around 8 AM, well before the regular 2 PM check-in, but the staff welcomed me warmly, gave me breakfast for free, and had my room ready much earlier at no extra charge. Receptionist SİDAR was especially hospitable and friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained for the price. A wonderful stay, highly recommended!

The rooms were pleasant, and the location was fantastic, close to a metro and bus station near the end of Istiklal Avenue. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was a real pleasure meeting them.
