Blue Mosque Suites 2

A private hammam in the apartment was such a nice touch. The apartments are spacious and beautifully designed, and the beds felt five-star quality. What made the stay especially memorable was Kubily and the whole team. I've never had hotel staff show this much genuine care. Kubily was easy to reach on WhatsApp even when away from the office, and always replied kindly and quickly. He helped with local recommendations and taxis, and checked that I had everything I needed. I'll definitely come back to the city and book this hotel again. Thank you for everything, Kubily.

The location was perfect, the interior looked nice, and I liked having a balcony. But there were several serious problems. Every night at 1 a.m., a lorry came to empty the bins, making extremely loud crashing sounds. The windows let in so much outside noise that closing them barely helped. One morning the fire alarm blared at 5 a.m. We were exhausted after only a few hours of sleep, and worried about going back inside, but were met with laughter. I expected compensation for the alarm, or at least an apology, and got neither. My family member's room faced building work right outside. Nobody told us it would be happening, and it was noisy and intrusive. I also left an unfinished dessert from an expensive bakery on the kitchen table one evening. It was gone when I returned the next day. This place could be great, but they need to fix these issues. Please insulate the windows against the sound, and don't laugh at guests after waking them with a 5 a.m. alarm.

My sister became ill, and Mr kubiley took us to the hospital and stayed with us through the IV drips for two days. He looked after us like we were his sisters, and I can't thank him enough. He's the kindest, most helpful host I've met, always smiling and there when needed. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is close to aya Sophia and other attractions. We had a splendid stay and highly recommend it. We'll come back soon, inshAllah. Many thanks to Mr Kubiley and his family.

Kubilay and his family are lovely hosts, always ready with help and good advice. The rooms are very clean and have good facilities, and the hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque. Taxis to and from the airport were arranged at a very good price. Great value, highly recommended.
