Atakent Plus Otel

It was very quiet, and the air conditioning worked the whole time. Good showers too, fine for a night’s stay.

Very dirty.

I traveled a long way and wanted to unwind in the jacuzzi, but the water was ice cold and never warmed up. The air conditioners blew cold air in that weather, and the windows around the jacuzzi were partly open, so the room felt like a morgue. The shower was cold too. Staff gave us a fan to warm ourselves, which felt like mockery, and the person checking the water tried to tell us it was normal. Nobody was there to light the stove in the jacuzzi area. We got three pieces of wood and were told we’d arrived late and should light it ourselves. After we couldn’t stand the cold, we went to reception. They said no other rooms were available and kept us waiting for 1.5 hours, but never found a solution. Two clueless foreign women were at reception, and we were left humiliated. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Don’t let others go through this. Stay home.
