I ended up staying three days and paying extra after having trouble getting a refund when I tried to cancel. I’d booked after contacting the owner on WhatsApp, but the video they sent didn’t match what I found. The apartment was small, and the bathrooms were in poor shape and badly needed full maintenance. I saw insects in the bathrooms and rooms, and the linens were old and unclean. There’s no elevator in the building. Cleanliness, pest control, fresh linens, and bathroom repairs all need attention to make guests more comfortable.

Ibrahim Khalil was exceptionally polite and respectful, and even helped carry my luggage. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and all services were available. There’s no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb. I’d stay here again, God willing.

You can go to this place in Trabzon with complete peace of mind. I haven't met an owner here who's friendlier or more dedicated.

It's clean and good, but the accommodation is small and pricey. There are better places for the same money.

No lift, and the air conditioning was bad.
