When I first stayed, I paid around $250 a night for three weeks, which felt very expensive. The owner seemed friendly, and when I asked whether I could cut the stay from three weeks to two and use the missing week on a visit the next year, he agreed. But when I came back the following year for a week, he said I still had to pay, despite confirming by phone that I could claim that unused week. He seems friendly while you're paying, but he didn't keep his word. The villa is very overpriced, and you can find a decent place elsewhere for that kind of money. Trabzon is getting more expensive than Europe.

A lovely, very quiet place. We found it cozy and beautiful, and it seems well suited to a longer stay. Highly recommend.

We paid $240 a night, which felt steep to me. I'd put the value closer to $180-$200, though the place and furnishings were clean. It's a lovely two-story villa, with the owner living on the ground floor, and he's a very respectful gentleman. The first floor has a bedroom with two beds, a living room and balcony, an open kitchen with full equipment, and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a large bed and one with two beds, plus a small third bedroom with two beds and a wardrobe. There's also a bathroom with a sink and a balcony for drying clothes. Both bathrooms have a bidet and hot shower. May God bless him.

The private villa isn't available all the time, so I don't understand why Google lists it as a business.

The house was clean, hygienic, and really comfortable. I was very pleased with it. The view is incredibly beautiful, and the air is fresh.
