This hotel seems decent enough, but I’d only come during the season. We stayed a couple of nights in January, and there were only 2-3 rooms occupied in the whole place, which gave the impression that people don’t tend to return. The cold was everywhere, from the corridors and dining room to the pool. We picked it because it showed up in a search for hotels with a pool, but the water was maybe 10-12 degrees, so I wouldn’t even consider getting in. The Jacuzzi didn’t work, and the sauna and hammam were basically switched off. When I asked at reception, they said it wasn’t a problem and everything would be turned on, but we had to wait around like birds for it to happen. The hammam finally warmed up after about 25-30 minutes, enough to sit in for a bit. Even after 1.5 hours, the sauna was barely 70 degrees, so there didn’t seem much point in using it. After the hammam, I still had no desire to enter that cold pool. There’s really nothing to do here in winter. Breakfast was barely a meal: some sliced food, herbs, a bit of bread, jam, and one boiled egg per person, plus tea, water, oatmeal, and currant balls. Maybe we’ll come back for a couple of days in summer, but not in winter.

This family run place has rides, an aqua sauna, an indoor pool, and a Turkish bath. There’s a play area for kids, too, and the atmosphere works well for families. Umut was exceptionally helpful, and everyone else was as well. The owners are super friendly. I’d highly recommend it, especially for couples or families with kids travelling by car, and we’ll stay again.

The view was perfect, and the aqua park was good, though the water felt a little cold. The room could have been cleaner: there was dirt on the sofa, and even after I asked twice, they didn’t refill the shampoo. They also left out extra toilet paper when cleaning. When I tried to go into the spa, it was empty.

We were told on arrival that the free airport shuttle mentioned in the listing wasn’t available, and they offered only a 20% discount instead. The reception manager was unfriendly and dismissive, saying it wasn’t their problem and to contact Booking. Sleeping was difficult because the AC kept turning off every 30 minutes. The lift was very slow and got overcrowded at busy times, and the hotel is inconveniently located, about 25 minutes by car from the city center.

The location worked perfectly for us, and the pool and free Wi-Fi were a real plus. Our room was comfortable, and the friendly staff went out of their way to help with what we needed. I had a wonderful stay.
