At checkout the next day, I asked if I could wait in the lobby for an hour since my flight was at 4 pm. The receptionist answered rudely and threw my bag outside the building. This was after the day before, when he came to my door at 11 am insisting I check out, even though checkout was at noon. I said I wanted another night; he demanded the money quickly, then became more polite once I paid. I've never written a bad review before, but this was too much. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We paid 750 TL per night for a 2+1, and it worked well enough for four people. The beds were very good, and there are shops nearby, with the otogar close by too. The room wasn't very clean and had stained walls, and the service could be better. It's quite far from the meydan, though you can take a dolmus or taxi. A decent stay if you can put up with a few things.

The industrial area around the hotel had foul smells everywhere. We were given an apartment with a broken air conditioner, and the receptionist was very rude. It took a lot of discussion before he agreed to change it. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

The place was dirty, and I felt we were treated in a racist way. If you're from the Middle East, I wouldn't go here. The employee took our phone to check the reservation number, canceled the reservation, then told us to leave.
