We fit three children and four adults comfortably in the 2+1 apartment, which had a double bed in one bedroom, a double and single bed in the other, and a sofa bed in the living room. I believe there are six apartments, and this was the best one we stayed in during our Black Sea trip. It's in the city center and affordable for a family stay. The street is narrow, but parking wasn't a problem. Everything was impeccably clean. The place is run by two brothers, and Arif Bey was kind and helpful. The apartment had a TV, internet, mini-fridge, kettle, electric stove, two air conditioners, and hot water. Thanks again to him for his attention and hospitality.

We stayed for a day and found it clean and pleasant, with a very reasonable price in my opinion, 230 TL per room. Each apartment has two bedrooms and a living room, and can comfortably fit seven people. The apartment setup also works for stays of a few days, with a kitchen, washing machine, mini-fridge, air conditioner, and stove. There are utensils if you want to buy food and cook. I'd recommend it.

It felt like staying in our own home. The owners are incredibly sweet and helpful, and they readily explain places to visit, see, eat, and drink. You just need to cook your own food. The rooms are clean and safe, and it's cheap and comfortable compared with other hotels. We stayed there on our Black Sea tour, and the price was unbeatable for our family of four. The owner is very friendly. Have a great holiday, and if you go, say hello from Ferit from Adıyaman 😁

There isn't breakfast or meal service, but for breakfast you can pick up pastries from Damla Pastanesi on the main street and have them with Ofçay tea in the park. The room was comfortable, and the location is fantastic. The owner is also very friendly and helpful.

There's one apartment on each floor, with clean, spacious rooms and everything included. The owner is kind and helpful, and you can make all your meals yourself 👍🏻
