I spent 7 nights here after booking through ETS Tours. I picked it because the rooms had a kitchen and washing machine, and it did have some useful features: the location felt reliable and clean, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, the TV was new and let us use apps like YouTube and Netflix with our own logins, the Wi-Fi was good, and having a washing machine was a plus. But the problems outweighed those positives, and I don't think it was worth the price. I've stayed in cheaper places that were more comfortable. The positive reviews shouldn't fool you, in my view there are better options nearby for this money. The first problem was the bathroom, which had no toilet paper or soap when I arrived. I was only there to sleep, so I let that go at first. The next morning I tried making tea and found a finger-thick layer of limescale in the kettle. It seemed never to have been cleaned since purchase, and I thought it was rude to leave it that way for a guest. That evening I bought toilet paper, soap, and citric acid myself. It took an hour of boiling to get the limescale off before I could make tea. Noise was another ongoing issue. The next night, rap music and chatter from the neighboring room kept me awake. For the rest of the week, creaking tables and chairs scraping upstairs went on constantly. I'd wake at 7 a.m. to the table noises and gurgling sounds, which continued until I was nearly asleep again. You can't educate people, but light furniture that could be moved easily would have been better. Then the bathroom drain clogged and water flooded the floor, just sitting there. I tried to shrug it off because I didn't want my holiday ruined, but the next morning my daughter called out, "Mom, the ants are here!" There was a major ant incursion. I'd never seen an ant nest in a hotel room before and was shocked. Pest control could have been done if there was an ant problem. I scattered salt and the ants dispersed, but they were still crawling around the living room. In one week I'd encountered ants, a badly scaled kettle, and a flooded bathroom.

I booked through Booking.com, but nobody was at the property and no one answered the phone. I stood outside for an hour. They left me feeling humiliated as a customer, then wouldn't refund the booking fee.

Our two-week holiday flew by, and with our beloved cat Persik we soon felt right at home. We extended our stay at the reasonable rates and didn't want to leave. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit in this wonderful new aparthotel. The hosts and managers were lovely, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions. A huge thank you to Ms. Semra and best wishes for success and prosperity to the whole friendly team.
