Holiday Inn Trabzon East, An Ihg Hotel

Thanks to Mr. Emre for welcoming us so warmly and making sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Mr. Mustafa kindly greeted us and helped with our luggage, and the night shift staff, Mr. Gorkem and Mr. Ali, were friendly and helpful too. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a cozy feel. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety. Thank you, Holiday Inn, we really loved our time there.

Mr Ali Ihsan went above and beyond. He helped me recover the items I'd left behind at the airport, explained the hotel facilities and our room, and even showed us the prayer direction, or qibla. I've never seen anyone in hospitality work so hard while showing such integrity. Holiday Inn Trabzon-East by IHG also decorated our room for our honeymoon, which made my wife so happy. We stayed just one night, but enjoyed every moment. The staff were welcoming, professional, and polite, and breakfast was amazing. I'll definitely return, inshallah ❤️

There’s a Macdonald’s restaurant next to the hotel, and the rooms are clean. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. One staff member was especially friendly, helped with our luggage, parked our car every night, and greeted us with a big smile. The nearby building is under construction, with workers around, so it can get a little noisy early in the morning. It didn't bother us, though.

The rooms were super cozy and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. Try the homemade butter and Menamen, the Turkish dish. Mr Ahmed at reception was especially hospitable. On our first day he gave us helpful ideas for places to visit in trabzon, and he speaks Turkish, English, and Arabic fluently, so communication wasn't a problem. I really recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to trabzon, Turkey.
