Heaven Suite Hotel

Loved how quiet it was despite being so close to the airport. From the rooftop and the rooms, you can see both the sea and the runway. The hotel was very clean, and Malak and Hussein at reception were kind, helping with our bags and answering all the questions we had.

Melek deserves special thanks. She noticed the little things and made sure I was comfortable, and greeted me warmly when I checked in. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was professional and caring. The rooms were spotless, room service was prompt, and the whole team made me feel valued. I had a memorable stay and would happily recommend the hotel to friends, family, and colleagues.

I couldn't travel because my flight was canceled amid the political situation in the Middle East. Even though I contacted Heaven Suit Hotel well ahead of time about my three-day booking and explained what happened, they wouldn't offer a refund or any flexibility. The staff I spoke to were rude and showed no empathy. This left me feeling their booking policies are unfair and may exploit guests. If you're visiting Trabzon, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.

There are plenty of car rental shops, restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance. The hotel is right across from Trabzon airport and about a ten-minute drive from the center. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and parking was available. We had breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with a great sea view. Malak and Husain were friendly and easy to approach.
