Breakfast came with a sea view, and the chef and restaurant staff were so friendly. They made sure we had breakfast and could adjust it to our preferences. The hotel itself was very clean, with the rooms cleaned every day. Hasan and Subhan were friendly and respectful, and spoke English very professionally. Thanks as well to the lady who manages or owns the hotel, she was welcoming and respectful. The whole Quantum Otel team made our family feel comfortable in Trabzon. I’d definitely choose Quantum Otel again on my next visit to trabzon.

I couldn’t get a room this year because they were all booked, and the price had gone up dramatically 😛 Still, I recommend it. I spent three nights in a family suite: it was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a nice view. I also liked the breakfast and being able to have coffee or tea in their nice coffee bar until 12 pm.

We didn’t like the setup and changed hotels. Some of our group stayed because everything else was booked and our agent couldn’t move the whole group. We were lucky to find another room in a nearby hotel. The rooftop breakfast area has a really good sea view, but getting there means climbing stairs because the elevator doesn’t go up. It’s not suitable for older or disabled guests. Breakfast itself was very modest, with little variety, even in the bread. The building’s access is a serious problem. The elevator sits several steps above the entrance, so it’s difficult for older or disabled people. There’s a steep slope at the entrance that barely works for luggage, and no one was available to help. There are no regular stairs to use if the elevator breaks, and when we checked the escape exit, it was locked. I think people could be trapped if there were a fire. The lobby is tiny too, our group of 18 couldn’t fit. The hotel is very small. We were told it was three stars, but the entrance called it a suite hotel. The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen, nowhere near a suite or apartment motel. I felt they might have misled people to get them to come, and I don’t think it’s rated at all. Most rooms don’t have a view despite the hotel supposedly being close to the sea. Only three rooms are on each floor, across four floors, and the building is wedged between two nearly touching buildings, a cemetery, and a very narrow road with another building at its end. The first three floors can’t really have a view. I suppose guests who rated the sea view had the one upper-floor room above the neighboring buildings. Unless you’re okay waking up to a cemetery view, that side at least isn’t a wall. Some rooms face a wall of another building, which made it feel like being shut in a cell. A few people in our group had rooms overlooking the cemetery beside the motel. The place did look clean and tidy, maybe newly renovated, but the toilet fittings kept falling off, and the windows had no mosquito screens. In the room there was a kettle, three small bottles of water, and tea, but no tissue paper.

The name 'Quantum' caught my attention as the youngest physicist, and the hotel lived up to it with its hospitality, friendliness, and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, the place felt warm and precise, as you might expect from a scientific name. The staff were attentive with the accuracy of a quantum measurement, and the environment was spotless like a well-kept lab. For a comfortable stay with a bit of scientific charm, Quantum Otel is the place.

It’s a small, very clean hotel, though pretty modest, and the breakfast is very poor. The rooms are big and have a sea view, which makes it especially suitable for families. Single rooms look out onto the cemetery 😁 The receptionist was excellent, spoke English well, and was very supportive. I recommend the hotel.
