Mr. Mehmet at reception deserves a thank you for his kindness, good manners, and constant smile. He’s one of the best people I’ve ever dealt with. The room service could be faster and more attentive, though. I stayed at Mercure Hotel in Trabzon and had a great experience. My room had a beautiful sea view, and there was a lovely outdoor seating area. Breakfast was good, with lots of options, and the bathrooms had a bidet or hand shower inside the cabin, which was a definite plus. The hotel is nice, and I’ll definitely come back whenever I visit Trabzon.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were attentive to the details. They were professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. My room had a super comfortable king-size bed, and everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the sea, with breathtaking views from the rooms. The hotel has a stylish feel and great facilities. It managed to feel both luxurious and cozy, with everything set up to make the stay relaxing. I had an amazing stay at Mercury Hotel Trabzon. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a 5-star experience at a great value, it’s definitely the right choice. Highly recommend, and I’ll surely return on my next trip!

Breakfast offered food from different cultures, and the standard room was big compared with others. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the hotel was very well decorated. I stayed for four days, and the reception staff were extremely nice and polite. Yaren and Ozge understood what I needed and made my stay easy. They knew I cared about a clean room and made sure mine was cleaned twice. The other staff’s English was limited, but they still helped however they could. This is a great hotel for Tara zone city, and I’ll use it again for sure. Thanks to all the staff, and especially those two receptionists I mentioned. Salute to the general manager. Hope all your ratings are well. Again, ask about Yaren and Ozge. Ammar

Yaren at reception made check-in and check-out seamless. She was warm, professional, attentive, and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, the amenities were great, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. Everything during our stay was smooth, comfortable, and well organized.
