They canceled my booking, saying my card hadn’t worked, even though I’d traveled around Turkey for 15 days without that happening anywhere else. They stopped replying and disappeared. Since the city was very busy, I had to find somewhere else at the last minute and pay a lot more. It felt like they gave my room to other tourists for more money. I strongly recommend avoiding a booking here if you don’t want surprises.

I found bedbugs, so I moved to a different room since it was nighttime. Its window looked out onto an empty space inside the building. The receptionist also had a strange, grumpy attitude. My friend was coming from Urfa at 9:30 am after a 15-hour journey, and I asked how much it would cost for two hours of rest. She wanted to charge the price of a whole night. Is that hospitality? Do you have something against local tourists? May God give them wisdom and common sense.
