The wedding parties can be noisy at night, sometimes until midnight. Rooms on the 4th floor are better, so be extra careful when choosing a room online.

Mohammed at reception speaks Arabic and is very friendly. The room and bathroom were neat and clean, but that was about it. The bathroom water was too cold, and room service couldn’t help. The hair dryer didn’t work, there was no parking, and breakfast wasn’t good. The prices were also too high for what you get.

There was no heating, and it was freezing. The pictures and information for the property felt misleading, and the toilet was so small that an adult couldn’t use it. The owner doesn’t show those photos, but will try to charge you 10 dollars extra for a better room. This all felt like a scam to me. It didn’t feel family friendly either. A few guys were smoking shisha and playing cards downstairs. When I complained about the room, the front desk guy told me to leave in the middle of the night. I left the apartment after 30 minutes, but he charged me for the full 5-day stay. And if you think booking.com will help, sorry, I felt they were involved in the scam too.

The rooms and views in Trabzon were wonderful, and everything was excellent. The employees were lovely and friendly. I felt at home instead of like I was traveling. Thank you BLUE SEA FAMILY 💐

The sea is right in front of you, with cafes and restaurants nearby. The location is good, and the hotel manager and staff are kind. A very nice place to stay 🌷
