Aria Palace Taksim

I stayed nearly a week and was really pleased. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the service was top-notch. Mira at reception is a gem, so helpful and kind. Mahmoud and the rest of the staff were great too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent seven nights here, and Mira and Abdullah at reception made the stay better with service that went above and beyond. I work in front of house myself, so I noticed it. I meant to bring them sweets to thank them, but forgot on our last day. Could management please pass along my appreciation? The location worked really well for us, right by Istiklal Street without a hilly walk, and surrounded by affordable local places to eat. We could skip the tourist traps on the main street and enjoy authentic locantas and doner shops. It was a very decent hotel and I'd gladly recommend it. The only thing we didn't like was the bedding. We asked for a queen bed but got two singles pushed together, and the mattresses were quite stiff. The pillows could be better too, perhaps with polyester or down filling. We only used the hotel to sleep, so we didn't raise it with the staff.

The staff were very nice and sincere, and the rooms were clean, though in an odd way. Still, it didn't meet my standards. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel safe in the location, and the taxi driver mentioned it too. There was no central AC or lobby area, and the concierge area was very dark.

At Aria Palace Hotel, the warm welcome stood out from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally polite, handled every request quickly and with a smile, and made us feel at home. We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped, and the food was delicious with options for different tastes. Great service and amenities made it memorable. Highly recommend Aria Palace Hotel.
