A Li̇fe Apart

We turned up late without booking, but they still found a place for us and were understanding about the price for walk-in guests. The apartment they gave us was huge for just two people, and the rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly, so we felt we could stay there with peace of mind.

I booked these apartments a month ahead, paid the full amount, and couldn’t cancel. Then, just 10 hours before I was due to arrive, they called to say they were cancelling my reservation because they had another one. I was stranded late at night and spent three hours trying to find another hotel. When I asked for my money back, they said I’d have to go to the office and give them my details, and that the refund would take 45 days. I’d warn people against booking here.

Mr. Mert was so polite, well-mannered, and helpful. I felt really comfortable during my stay, and the hotel was very clean and in an excellent location.

The sea view was beautiful, and I was glad I stayed here. "Merrit" was incredibly helpful and kept in touch throughout. Absolutely wonderful, I’d highly recommend the hotel.
