Pelit Park Hotel

Yahya and Sermed were polite, friendly, and professional, and treated me with real respect and kindness. When I ran into a difficult situation at the hotel, they helped a lot and showed genuine understanding. Sermed especially was cheerful, kind-hearted, and always smiling. He clearly enjoys his work and cares about guests. There were three reception staff in total, though I only got to know them closely. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and cozy, and for the price, one of the best I've stayed in. I would definitely return if I get the chance. Thanks to the whole team at Pelit Park Hotel for the warm welcome and great service. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Pelit Park Hotel for almost a month and was really happy there. It has a family-like feel, and everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. The manager was very accommodating and helped with whatever I needed to stay comfortable. The cleaning staff were great and consistent. They gave me a discounted rate for the long stay, which I really appreciated. I'd stay again.

The breakfast was the part I enjoyed most at Hotel Pelit. There was plenty to pick from, and it all tasted fresh and well prepared. The sigara börek was especially good, crisp and full of flavor. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I found it comfortable and good value, and I'd gladly stay again when I'm in Trabzon.

We had a really pleasant stay for a low price given the room and service. The view was lovely, and we could get to the centre by Dolmuş. The staff were so nice and helpful :)
