The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it. We were there for about a week, and the cleaning was poor despite what other reviews say. They never replaced the sheets, and the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. There was no privacy, since sounds carried through the room. The air from the AC smelled like rotten eggs, and it was noisy, as was the door every time it opened. I’m surprised it’s rated four stars, especially since other guests have reported the same problems.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and organized. It’s also in an excellent spot close to everything. The ironing service could be better, though. There’s no iron in the room, which is inconvenient.

We found the restaurant delicious, with plenty of international dishes to choose from. The rooms were clean and had what a guest would need, and the team were welcoming, polite, and professional. Service was very good. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Trabzon and visiting the surrounding places.

The staff were very polite and helped me sort out a booking problem. I was surprised by how much quality service I got for the price. It’s clean, quiet, and a nice place to stay, with excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it.
