Emre was really helpful and attentive, and the customer service was great. The rooms are spacious and more like apartments, with kitchenettes. It’s closer to the airport than other hotels in Istanbul. If you’re driving, leave early to avoid traffic.

It’s a new building, with a grocery store next door and plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The bus stop is 100m away. There’s a reception and a hall with chairs on the ground floor, and it’s open for walk-ins 24 hours. Street parking is free if you can find a spot. I didn’t try the included breakfast, so I can’t comment on the menu. The main downside is road noise. I needed earplugs to sleep, though that could be the same at other hotels too.

The rooms were amazing, and the TV and internet worked brilliantly. Best of all, there was a washing machine in the room. The staff were lovely, always welcoming and friendly. I stayed here in September 23 and would definitely recommend it and come back. The only thing I missed was cutlery in the room, but when I asked, I got some, so I can’t fault anything.

The room was made up from scratch every single day, and the service was five-star. Breakfast was included and very tasty.
