Arcanus Hotels Sorgun - All Inclusive

The Mexican À la carte was spot on, with great service and food. We also enjoyed the birthday surprise: towel decorations on the bed and a cake brought to the room. Reception staff were always available and quick to sort out any problems. We just got back from 10 nights and had a fantastic holiday. We knew we'd picked well from the start, with nice rooms and a great location. A short Dolmus ride from right outside the hotel takes you to Side Old Town. There were plenty of sunbeds in all the different areas throughout our stay, even after we returned from a morning at the Bazaar. The main restaurant had a great food selection, though lunch was a little repetitive. Two other bars served different kinds of food, and the Bistro Lounge was there if you fancied something later at night. Definitely recommend this place.

The direct access to the lovely beach was a real bonus, and we enjoyed relaxing there. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it immaculate. The hotel was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay at Arcanus Hotels in Side and would happily book again for an all-inclusive family or couples holiday. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, with friendly, attentive staff. Special thanks to Altan and Arife for all their hard work. There was a huge range of delicious, high-quality food at the main buffet for every meal. Themed evenings were a nice touch, and we especially enjoyed the Mexicans Restaurant. Drinks were excellent too, with great service at all the bars. Five stars!

Hüseyin at the bar makes fantastic cocktails, and Berkai was always attentive, helpful, and quick to sort out any problems. Thanks to them, and to all the friendly staff, for making our stay at Arcanus Sorgun so comfortable. The area is beautiful and we had a great time. We'll definitely come back!

We found the atmosphere relaxed and peaceful, perhaps because we visited at the end of the season. We didn't come across disruptive behaviour, though smoking seemed common in some areas and cigarette smoke lingered at times. We also thought room cleaning could be better. These points didn't change our five-star experience. The beach is just steps away, with well-built piers stretching into calm water without tides, making it a relaxing place for safe swimming. Halal food is readily available. Alcohol is also served at the hotel bars, but that didn't affect our stay. As food enthusiasts, we were captivated by the buffet's variety and flavours. The dishes weren't repetitive or bland, and even late in the season the chefs offered a dazzling range. We also enjoyed the first-class service and food at the Mexican à la carte restaurant. Choosing the all-inclusive plus package was a great decision, with a level of comfort and indulgence that exceeded our expectations. From arrival, the staff's warm smiles and courteous manner made us feel welcome. We know there are negative reviews, but our experience was very different. Most staff were exceptional and consistently went above and beyond. Despite the few issues, "Halal Encounter" wholeheartedly recommends this hotel for an unforgettable Antalya escape.
