The view around the hotel is really beautiful, and the reception staff were especially polite and kind. The location is a little difficult to reach, though, and parking is limited. Breakfast was acceptable, but cleanliness could have been better. Some sites list it as a four-star hotel, while it feels like a three-star place to me. We booked deluxe rooms and were given ground-floor rooms without a view. When we asked about it, staff said this was noted on Booking. We checked together and couldn't find any information saying the rooms were on the ground floor.

I stayed two nights. At first the hotel seemed great, but when I asked to have my suite cleaned, it wasn't done properly. I had visited a year ago and liked the food and everything else then. This time the food wasn't acceptable. There was very little at breakfast, and the service wasn't good enough. When I asked for another item, even just one piece of food, they refused.

The receptionist was so welcoming when my friend and I stayed at this hotel on 6 September. We checked out the next day, then circumstances brought us back, and she was there again, just as warm and hospitable. She even helped us order dinner. I never caught her name, but I'm very grateful to her, ma'am. I hope to come back to Trabzon next time I visit, inshallah ❤️.

We had an incredible stay here. The location is close to everything, and the staff are lovely. Such a nice hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed the view while having breakfast. There was a small issue with the shower, but the attentive staff fixed it promptly, so it didn't spoil the stay. It's a newly opened hotel, and I had a wonderful time there. I'd happily return for the comfortable welcome and breakfast view.
