The staff were very cooperative, especially Sahan, and we enjoyed our stay at Mell. It’s a new building opposite the sea, with nice balconies for good weather, and around a 12-minute drive to Meydan (downtown). Breakfast was sufficient, but there’s no restaurant or room service. For something to eat at night, buy supplies before returning, or the receptionist can order through an app.

I often see Mr. Tayfun Ergul and Mr. Yasin kamaoglu around the hotel, helping guests every day. They’re respectful, kind, and handle people really well. Both have excellent manners, and I’d like to thank them.

Just a couple of minutes from the airport, and the hotel looked spotless throughout our stay. Everything seemed new, and the staff were warm and clearly keen to make guests happy. Our room was on the small side, though still livable, and the walls were thin enough that we could hear a neighbor’s TV once. Even so, it worked very well for our 3-4 days there.

The only thing I’d change is breakfast, which could use a few more choices. Otherwise, this is a very good hotel in Trabzon, with big rooms, balconies and sea views in every room, plus a large car park.

Getting around Trabzon was easy from this convenient location, and the sea view was amazing. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a really pleasant stay, with friendly, helpful people at both the restaurant and reception. Everything felt classy and well done.
