All the rooms on the floor shared bathrooms and showers. The bigger issue was what happened when I got to the hotel: they told me they had canceled my reservation on the agency website because the expected room was still occupied. They said the agency would refund me, but no money came back. It seems they hadn’t canceled the reservation after all. Then they offered another room, but said I’d have to pay for it because my money would be returned by the agency. The rooms were marked “Storage,” which made me feel something was wrong and left me uncomfortable.

The reception was very good and clean, and I was greeted with a smile. It’s very cheap and well located, with just a bus ride to the town centre. I’ll come again.

On April 23, 2016, I booked through Otelz.com, but the room they showed me was basically a basement storage space on the 2nd floor, marked "STORAGE ROOM." It had a thin, old-fashioned foam mattress and a shared toilet and bathroom. I left without staying the night and had to pay for another hotel too, so I ended up paying for two rooms.

After a very long trip, I arrived at night to find the hotel manager saying they were full and couldn't take me, despite my confirmed Otelz reservation. I showed him the booking and explained that my card had already been charged 984.31 Try. He said he couldn't help with the room but promised a refund. When I returned the next day, they promised again, but I still got nothing. My email went unanswered too. They took my money, and the whole thing felt deeply disrespectful. I don't recommend them.

We stayed on August 15th, 2025, and regretted it badly. The rooms were filthy, everything seemed to be falling apart, and the room they put us in was on the 5th floor, where all the doors were marked "storage room." They had tried to turn those spaces into rooms, but the result was awful. The air conditioner barely worked and made a lot of noise. The bathroom sink was tiny and crooked, and there wasn't even soap for washing our hands. I've never stayed in a worse hotel. DON'T GO THERE!
