I was so frightened by the reviews I nearly cancelled, but the stay turned out amazing. The atmosphere, service, food, and time at the hotel were all great for the adults and kids. The sea is practically right by the hotel, and the famous Turkish shopping streets are only a five-minute walk away. I'm adding photos because things really were okay. There was a wide choice of food, and they changed it daily so everyone could find something they liked. Fresh dishes were also made outside each day. At breakfast you could make toast yourself or get freshly made pancakes. The snack bar opened right after breakfast, then there was lunch, food in the open buffet between meals, dinner, and even more food inside afterward. Some dishes came around again, but many were replaced by new choices. When food ran out, it was quickly replenished. I mention the cleaning because I've seen so many bad hygiene reviews. The cleaner came every day to change towels, refill soap and shampoo, and tidy the room. We also took the elevator down to the wellness area. My only small complaint is that, from my past trips in Turkey, I expected slippers, a bathrobe, and colorful beach towels. Here there were only white towels, with no slippers or robe. Also, if you arrive late for dinner, there's nowhere to sit.

For 1815 euros, I bought seven nights of accommodation and round-trip transportation. I regret it more than anything. This hotel is nowhere near five stars, and my vacation was a nightmare. The rooms were horrible and dirty, and hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. The staff and reception lied to us, spoke only Russian or Turkish, and refused to understand English. The food was horrible and not at all UAI (ultra all inclusive). There were terrible queues for freshly cooked food and meat, and if you didn't get there on time, nothing was left. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had set hours. Arrive late and you don't eat. Don't be fooled by the ultra all inclusive claim. This place isn't worth the money or the time, and I do NOT recommend it under any circumstances. See the attached pictures.

Most guests were Russian and everything seemed arranged for them. You have to go outside the hotel to find Turkish specialties. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Germans. They need to update the homepage, because many things have changed or been closed over the years.

The natural surroundings were nice, but the food was the same all week, service was almost nonexistent, and the rooms felt very tired. It was disgusting to hear insults from the leather shop representative at the hotel when we refused to go shopping with him at the mall.

It's well maintained, with remodeled rooms and a beautiful location, so it has real potential. But it was sold to us as all-inclusive, and although there was a lot of food, it wasn't good. Shower gel was scarce, and even with good coverage the WiFi had no speed.
